Really like the ability to get Non-GMO flour.

I received my order within two weeks, which to me is fast. The flour isn’t pure white like the stores, which tells me it is unbleached and still has some of its fiber! And for the price for what you get, this is where I will order my flour from now on. Spelt flour is much easier on the digestive system and is great for those who are gluten sensitive, and it taste just like normal flour. So grateful I found this shop. Thank you!

So far so good. I’ve made loaf bread and rolls with the hard red wheat and they turned out great, And with soft white wheat pastry flour, I’ve made banana bread. I received what I ordered. I’m telling my bread baking friends about this order.

I made a beautiful sticky toffee pudding with this flour. It was delicious and delicate. The flour worked well to ensure the cake would release from the pan. Highly recommend!
